In addition to our regular plan administrative services, we offer group insurance benefits to our clients. We have group insurance options even for companies that have only one or two employees.

We have agreements with numerous life and health insurance companies in order to provide you with the most competitive quotes possible for your group life, health, disability and dental insurance needs.

We start with a census, your objectives and price considerations. We then enter the marketplace and obtain quotes from such premier companies such as Blue Cross, Tufts, Harvard, GE and Standard just to name a few.

In addition to the usual group benefits, we also market supplemental (voluntary) insurance plans, such as life and disability, through companies like Aflac, Unum Provident and Colonial Penn, for example.

In these cost conscious times, it is not always easy to pay 100% of fringe benefits for employees and many employers require employees to pay for part of their benefits. For those clients that pass through some of the cost to their employees, we are pleased to offer a Section 125 Plan. This would include a Plan Document, Summary Plan Description and Enrollment Forms. This type of plan would allow your employees to pay for their share of premiums on a pre-tax basis.

For those employers who wish to reduce their costs even more, we routinely investigate high deductible health plans for bigger savings.

In order for us to provide quotations to you, all we need is a copy of your current insurance bill and the home zip codes of each covered employee. Please make sure that you provide us with this information at least two months prior to your renewal date so that we will have enough time to obtain quotes and review them with you.
